Holmes Place is an international company of premium fitness studios. In Germany there are currently 14 locations in operation, mostly in inner-city locations. Special features of the Holmes Place branches, in addition to the modern fitness equipment, are the extensive and spacious wellness and spa areas with extensive sauna facilities and swimming pools.

Outcome

Since 2018, Uptico has carried out a number of complex conversions at several locations. In addition to the interior work, we were also responsible for the coordination and execution of the technical trades.
